Erika Lux, geboren in Budapest, begann im Alter von drei Jahren Klavier zu spielen. Bereits zwei Jahre später gab sie ihre ersten öffentlichen Konzerte und spielte mit zwölf Jahren Mozarts Klavierkonzert F-Dur KV 459. Ihr 16jährig begonnenes Studium an der Franz-Liszt-Musikhochschule in Budapest schloß sie "summa cum laude" und mit dem "Grand Prix" ab und perfektionierte ihr Können anschließend in den Meisterklassen namhafter Pianisten.
Mit 19 Jahren erzielte sie als Preisträgerin beim Liszt-Bartók-Wettbewerb einen wegweisenden Erfolg. Zahlreiche Einladungen in die internationalen Konzertsäle und weitere bedeutende Auszeichnungen folgten, darunter Spitzenpreise beim ARD-Wettbewerb in München und beim Debussy-Wettbewerb in seinem Geburtsort, Saint-Germain-en-Laye, sowie der zweite Preis beim Worlwide Piano Competition in Tokio.
Sie konzertierte bei Festspielen u.a. in Salzburg, Flandern, Paris, trat mit großen Orchestern wie z.B. Orchestre de la Suisse Romande, NHK Tokio, Tivoli-Orchester Kopenhagen, Symphonieorchester des Bayerischen Rundfunks, Bamberger Symphoniker und Dresdner Philharmoniker auf und spielte mit einer Reihe renommierter Dirigenten. Unter der Leitung von Lord Yehudi Menuhin führte sie anläßlich der 2000-Jahr-Feier in Bonn Beethovens C-Dur-Klavierkonzert auf. Zusammen mit Peter Schreier gab sie in München ein vielbeachtetes Konzert mit Liedern von Beethoven und deren Lisztschen Klaviertranskriptionen.
Fernseh- und Rundfunkanstalten in ganz Europa wie auch in Übersee haben ihre Konzerte gesendet und Aufnahmen mit ihr produziert. Zahlreiche Einspielungen liegen vor.
Sie erhielt verschiedene Auszeichnungen u.a. vom Ungarischen Rundfunk den "Niveau-Preis" für ihre Live-Konzerte und Einspielungen; der Kultusminister Ungarns hat ihr die "Liszt-Medaille" und der Landkreis Augsburg den "Kunstpreis" verliehen.
In den letzten Jahren hat sie in Archiven gezielt nach Werken jüdischer Komponisten geforscht und sie zur Aufführung gebracht.
Seit 1990 lehrt Erika Lux als ordentliche Professorin an der Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hannover.

Stanislav Solowiev - Born in 1979 in Leningrad (St Petersburg), Russia. Graduated from the State Conservatoire in St Petersburg in 2003, where he studied under Prof. Alexander Sandler. Laureate of many piano competitions. Won, among others, 1st prize at the National Competition of Chamber Music in Moscow, Russia, in 1994; 1st prize at the International Competition of Piano Duos in St Petersburg in 1995; 3rd prize at the „ Concertino-Praha” International Competition in Prague, Czech Republic, in 1995; 1st prize at the Jozeps Vitols International Piano Competition in Riga, Latvia, in 2002. Gives concerts as a soloist, chamber musician and with orchestras. Performed in Russia, the Netherlands, Latvia, Germany, Sweden, Austria and Serbia. Recorded two albums.

István Lantos
belongs to the „new wave” of brilliant young Hungarian pianists that in the early 1970's burst onto the domestic and international musical scene and created a sensation among experts both in Hungary and abroad.
Having studied piano under the internationally famous pianist Ms Erzsébet Tusa at the Budapest Béla Bartók Conservatory, he continued his studies under professor Péter Solymos at the F. Liszt Academy of Music in Budapest, from where he graduated with honours. His career was launched into global orbit in 1970, when he played with signal success the solo part of Messiaen's Piano Concerto under the conducting of Pierre Boulez at the Bayreuth International Youth Festival. He has extensively performed in almost every European country, in Cuba, USA, Canada, and Japan. He has led master courses in Finland, Italy, and Japan. Since 1972 a soloist of Hungarian Philharmonic Orchestra. Has given piano recitals in around 100 various cities of the world. István Lantos made numerous recordings (e.g. for BBC, Radio France, WDR, and Canadian Radio). He is also an outstanding organist. He is a professor at the F. Liszt Academy of Music in Budapest, where he was a rector (1994-1997), and a professor at the University in Sapporo, Japan. Editor of J.S. Bach`s „Das Wohltemperiete Klavier” published by Edition Musica. His piano and organ repertoire is especially versatile; ranges from baroque to contemporary music. For many years he has been a juror of many piano competitions. He was also in a juror of both international piano competitions organised by the Liszt Society in Poland.

ANDRIY LUNOV i WOJCIECH WALECZEK zostali zakwalifikowani do uczestnictwa w III Międzynarodowym Konkursie im. F. Liszta we Wrocławiu (20 września -1 października).

Juliusz Adamowski - Pianist, Pädagoge, Musik-Kommentator und Musik-Kulturaktivist. Sein Klavierstudium hat er in der Musikakademie in Wrocław (Breslau)bei Prof. Włodzimierz Obidowicz beendet. 50-jährige künstlerische Tätigkeit teilte er 42 Jahre lang (bis 2002) mit der vielseitigen didaktischen Arbeit in seiner Musikakademie in Wrocław. Verfasser des Lehrbuches ?Gra a vista na fortepianie"(Klavierspiel vom Blatt). Author und Mitausfürender der beinahe 3000 der Musikpopularisierung dienenten Konzerte. Zugleich gab er fast 100 Klavierabende. Ausserdem hat er beinahe 20 Rundfung- und einige Fernsehe-Auf-nahmen eingespielt.
Einer der Gründer der Franz Liszt Gesellschaft in Polen und Vorsitzender des Vorstands der TiFL in allen bisherigen 4 Amtsperioden. Initiator, Organisator und Juror der von der TiFL veranstalteten Klavierwettbewerbe und Klavierkurse. Für seine Tätigkeit wurde er mit hohen staatlichen Auszeichnungen und dem Musik-Preis der Stadt Wroclaw für das Jahr 2001 belohnt.

Jan Blecki - actor, teacher, director, scriptwriter. After graduating from the State Higher Theater School in Krakow in 1975 started to work for theaters in Wrocław (Współczesny, Wędrujący, Polski). At the turn of the 70's and 80's, he was an author, co-author and co-performer of numerous word and music programmes of highly patriotic character. Made a number of radio and TV recordings. He has rich theater experience (many stage roles) and pedagogic experience with young people (State Higher Theater School, Youth Culture Centers, etc.). He also runs "Rotunda Świętego Franciszka" Theater in Wrocław.

Łukasz Jungowski - pianist; born in 1978; continues his post-graduate studies at the K. Lipinski Music Academy in Wroclaw under adjunct professor Zbigniew Faryniarz. Participated in numerous domestic and international master piano courses where he mastered his skills under Prof. Victor Merzhanov (Moscow), Alexei Orlovetsky (St Petersburg) and others.

He performs in Poland and abroad as a soloist of recitals and symphonic concerts, as well as a chamber musician. "The young pianist has found a perfect combination of power and tenderness in this lyrical, but deeply passionate piece," wrote the German newspaper Schwabische Zeitung about his interpretation of L. v. Beethoven's Concerto C minor at the International Meeting of Young Musicians in Wangen. Lukasz Jungowski is also a laureate of the 35th Dias of Young Festival of Polish Piano Playing in Slupsk , Poland.

Maciej Pabich graduated with honors from the Academy of Music in Poznan, Poland in 1997 in piano performance. He studied under the guidance of prof. Andrzej Tatarski.
Currently, he is an adjunct professor at the home Academy and leads a dynamic artistic activity both in his homeland and abroad. Hehas concertized as a recitalist and soloist with symphony orchestras in many cities in Poland, France, Germany, in highly renowned concert halls in Russia ( Moscow, St. Petersburg), and in Hungary ( Budapest). Lately, he has been enjoying performing as a chamber musician as well.
Maciej Pabich is a laureate of a few national piano competitions, like the 4th all-Polish Franz Liszt Piano Competition in Wroclaw (2nd prize). He also received the title of a laureate of the “ Concert Hall for the Young” at the 31st Festival of Piano Playing in Slupsk.
At the 1 st International Franz Liszt Piano Competition in Wroclaw, he became the laureate of a second prize, and received several extra-regular awards for the best Pole. The Municipal Authorities of Poznan, acknowledged Mr. Pabich with a scholarship for the Young Talented Creators of the Poznan Artistic Scene.
